Working to an agreed brief we take time to understand your requirements and identify the key attributes and core competencies of your ideal candidate. We then search our extensive database to reach and engage with prospective candidates from the relevant marketplace.
A shortlist is created and CV’s are presented. We are then on hand to help with the interview & selection process, should you wish us to, and to manage communication with the candidate.
A contingency based approach can offer a speedy solution, although it's reach is of course restricted to active job seekers only. For a more comprehensive solution, and in order to reach the widest audience of prospective candidates, a retained Search & Selection approach may be more suitable.
