Artis HR have recently made two placements within the HR function. Firstly, I was presented with a Resourcing Specialist without having given Artis the requirement. However, given the quality of the cv and subsequent interview process I was sufficiently impressed to offer an immediate fixed term contract and bring the candidate into the business. This demonstrated a proactive and professional approach from Artis HR to identify a high calibre candidate in the market place.
Secondly, I contacted Artis HR with a vacancy, Learning and Development Process Manager. This had previously been recruited for across the PSL and unfortunately had not been successful. I gave the vacancy exclusively to Artis HR for 1 week and they provided three candidates for interview, one of which was offered the role. This demonstrated their ability to grasp the culture of the organisation and technicality of the role quickly and come up with good quality candidates.

Following a restructure of the Internal Communication department, Artis were brought onboard to help with the search to re-build the team.
